Crockpot Chocolate Peanut Cookies

  • 1 16 oz. dry roasted peanuts (salted)
  • 1 16 oz. dry roasted peanuts (unsalted)
  • 1 1/2 package almond bark (chocolate)
  • 1 1/2 package almond bark (vanilla)
  • 4 oz. Bakers sweet chocolate
  • 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. Break apart chocolate and layer all in crockpot
  2. Cook on low for 2 hours (DO NOT LIFT LID)
  3. After 2 hours stir them together
  4. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop mounds of the clusters onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Allow to sit at room temperature until completely set, 1 to 2 hours.
