Crockpot Meatballs with Hot Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk with 1 egg beaten in
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tbsp. grated onion (fine)
  • Garlic, onion salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot Sauce (below)
  • .
  • HOT SAUCE
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • Dash chipolte Tabasco
  • Dash Worcestershire
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients in order and form into small balls
  2. Add all ingredients and simmer about 5 minutes. Add meat balls. Simmer in Crockpot for 4 hours on low.
