Crockpot Pinto Bean Soup

- Preparation Time: Overnight
- 1 lb. pinto beans
- 1/2 C safflower oil
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 Can tomato sauce (small can)
- 1 large green pepper chopped
- 2 large onions chopped
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar
- 2 TBL hickory sauce
- 1/2 Tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Wash beans and soak overnight
- Rinse again and place in crockpot
- Cover beans with water
- Mix in all ingredients
- Cook on low 5 hours or until tender
