Crockpot Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS
  • 4-6 Pork Chops (can be frozen)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet of dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 to 1 beer (I used ~1 Blue Moon)
  • 3 tbs butter
  • 3 tbs flour
DIRECTIONS
  1. Spray crockpot with non-stick spray
  2. place pork chops inside
  3. in separate bowl, combine soup, onion mix, and beer
  4. Mix until smooth and pour over pork chops
  5. Cook on low until tender (only a few hours if thawed)
  6. To make gravy, melt butter in skillet, add flour, add liquid from crockpot
  7. Stir until relatively smooth
  8. Serve with fried rice
