Crockpot Tex-Mex Stew
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cans Rotel tomatoes with Cilantro
  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 oz. Ketchup
  • Dash of lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown ground beef and onion; drain well. Mix with other ingredients and cook overnight in crockpot on low heat. Stir occasionally. Serve with rice.
