Crunchy & oh so creamy Mac & Cheese
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. purchased macaroni and cheese (from deli)
  • 1/4 cup real bacon pieces
  • 1/4 cup sliced marinated sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1 . Heat oven to 375ºF. Spray two 12-oz. individual ovenproof casseroles or ramekins with nonstick cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine macaroni and cheese, bacon and tomatoes; stir gently to mix. Spoon evenly into sprayed casseroles.
  2. 2 . In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, chives and margarine; mix well. Sprinkle over each casserole.
  3. 3 . Bake at 375ºF. for 20 to 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
