Crunchy Corn Pops Caramel Delight
  • Cooking Time: 45
  • Servings: 6
  • Preparation Time: 15
  • 3 cups Kellogg’s® Corn Pops® cereal
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the Kellogg’s® Corn Pops® cereal evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar and corn syrup, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Boil for 4 minutes without stirring, then remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. The mixture will become frothy.
  5. Quickly pour the caramel mixture over the Corn Pops® cereal, using a spatula to gently mix and coat the cereal evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even coating and crunchiness.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the mixture cool completely on the baking sheet. The caramel will harden as it cools, creating crunchy clusters.
  8. Once cooled, break the Crunchy Corn Pops Caramel Delight into clusters and serve.
