INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cup quick -cooking rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup wheat grain
  • 1/2 cup flaked or shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large glass baking pan or dish combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, wheat grain and cocnut. In a small bowl, mix together the oil, honey, and vanilla. Pour over the dry ingredents and mix throughly. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently.
