Crunchy Onion Chicken

  • 2 cups french fried onions
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten
DIRECTIONS
  1. Crush fried onions in plastic bag. Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.
  2. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
