Crusted Honey Mustard Chicken
  • 2/3 cup Honey Mustard Dressing
  • dash Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Dill Weed
  • 1 medium Green Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 cup Cornflake Crumbs
  • 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Halved to make thinner
  1. *Combine honey mustard, salt, pepper, dill, and onions; remove 1/3 of mix and set aside
  2. *Place cornflake crumbs in shallow bowl and dip chicken into dressing and then in crumbs and place on foiled cookie sheet
  3. *Bake until chicken is golden and no long pink, about 15-20 minutes
  4. *Drizzle remaining dressing on top
