Curried Yogurt Dip
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 1 hour to chill
  • 2/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/3 cup our cream or light mayonnaise
  • 1 tblsp. curry powder (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar or pinch of Equal
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all, stirring well.
  2. Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.
