Curry Fruit Bake

  • 1 can peach halves
  • 1 can pineapple slices
  • 1 can pear halves
  • 8 maraschino cherries
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon curry powder
DIRECTIONS
  1. Drain fruit. Melt butter. Add sugar and curry powder. Place pineapple in bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish. Place peach and pear halves on top. Place a cherry in the middle of each peach and pear. Pour Butter mixture over fruit. bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
