DRY CREAM SOUP MIX

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups dry milk powder
- 1 Tbsp. dry thyme
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. dry basil
- 1/2 cup dry boullion
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 5 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all together and store in freezer in zip lock bag or plastic container.
- Use 1/3 cup of the mix with 1 cup water.
- Stir mix into the water and heat in microwave until it thickens.
- Use in casseroles or whatever recipe you would normally use cream soup.
- *replaces 1 can of cream soup called for in recipes.
- Can add chopped cooked vegetables for the soup if desired.
