Daddy's famous Miso Salmon

  • 2-3 lbs salmon filets about 1” thick
  • 1/2 c shiro miso
  • 1 c best foods mayo
  • 1/2 c mirin
  • 1/2 c soy sauce
  • 1/2 c sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. whisk all ingredients (except fish!) together
  2. spread layer of sauce on bottom of baking dish
  3. place salmon filets one layer thick over sauce
  4. spread rest of sauce over fish, cover with foil
  5. bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes
  6. remove foil and broil for about 15 minutes or until top is golden brown
