Date Loaf Candy

- Servings: 12-14 servings
- 3C Sugar
- 1C Milk
- 1C Dates (chopped)
- 1C Pecans or Walnuts
- 1tsp Butter
DIRECTIONS
- Cook sugar, butter and milk to a soft boil. Take off stove and stir in dates and nuts. Stir until too stiff to stir. Pour out on a wet dishcloth that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll into a loaf. Let stand until cool. Slice in 1/4 inch slices.
