Delmonico Potatoes

  • 2 cups cold cooked potatoes, chopped into fine pieces
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 1/4 grated cheese (American)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put potato pieces into a pie plate. Salt & pepper to taste. Add cream and mix thoroughly. Cover with cheese, which should form a golden crust. Bake at 325 for 30 min.
