Deluxe Pumpkin Bread
  • 3 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Flaked Coconut, Optional
  1. *Combine flour, brown sugar, sugar, pumpkin, oil, milk, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon - stirring just until mixed
  2. *Fold in coconut, if using
  3. *Spoon batter into bundt cake pan
  4. *Bake about an hour or until wooden pick in center is not gooey, it can have stuff on it, just make sure it isn't raw (it is sometimes tricky because of the pumpkin)
  5. *Cook on wire rack for 10 minutes
  6. *Remove from pan and cool completely before adding (optional) drizzle
  7. Drizzle:
  8. Combine powdered sugar and water until desired consistency; Add cinnamon to taste and stir; Drizzle on top of cake

  10. *Can be made in bread pans and left as bread recipe rather than making it as a cake
