Deviled Carrots
INGREDIENTS

- 6 large carrots, sliced diagonally
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 drop Tabasco hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Sauté the carrots in butter for about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook 10 minutes or until tender. Yield: 6 servings
