Deviled Eggs with Potted Meat

  • 6 Boiled eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 Cans potted meat
  • 2 Tablespoons finely diced onion
  • 2 Tablespoons mustard
  • 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika
  1. Half eggs lengthwise. Empty egg yolks into a mixing bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a sandwich bag with a corner cut off. Pipe the meat egg mixture into eggs, mounding high and salt and pepper to taste. Dust with paprika.
