DIRECTIONS
  1. CHRIS' DEVILED EGGS: "Don't remember what I have done to them except add ham to some and jalapenos to others. Put eggs in water and boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Eggs, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Chopped Pickles or Dill Relish, any other ingredient I feel like using at the time "
  2. JUDY'S DEVILED EGGS: "Does anyone measure stuff out for deviled eggs? It seems it is more by sight, texture, and taste. Here is for the guess work of what I do to them:
  3. Eggs, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Ground Red Pepper, Dill Weed, Salt, Black Pepper. Place the eggs in a pan and cover with water, put on high and bring to a boil - boil 10 minutes. Let eggs sit in hot water for about 5 minutes. Dump out hot water and put eggs in cold water. Peel eggs while rinsing in cold water. Cut in half and take out yolks; mash yolks with a fork and keep adding ingredients until the right taste and texture is there. Fill the eggs and sprinkle with ground red pepper"
  4. LEAH'S DEVILED EGGS: "I pretty much wing these, but here is the general idea of what I do: Eggs, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Chopped Pickles or Dill Relish, Dill Weed, Paprika. Boil eggs, cut in half length wise; smash yellows, add a blob of mayo & squirt mustard to make it yellow. Add some chopped up pickles or dill relish; add pickle juice to make the right consistency. Fill up my accent decorator and fill 'em up. Sprinkle dill weed on some and paprika on others for variety"
  5. SEAN'S DEVILED EGGS: "I don't have a recipe for the eggs, but here is pretty much what I do: Dozen Eggs, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Dill Weed, (variation 1) Tabasco Chipotle Sauce (variation 2) Jalapenos (variation 2, optional). Place eggs in a pan and cover with cold water; put on high heat and bring to a boil, once it starts to boil start a timer for 3 minutes; turn off heat and cover them and let eggs sit in hot water for 8 minutes. Run cold water over eggs for 2 minutes and then put them in the fridge for at least an hour before peeling. Peel eggs under cold water. Slice in half and take out yolk; mix with 2 scoops of mayo, a good squirt of mustard (any kind you like); add dill weed until it tastes good. For variation on the dill, add tabasco chipotle sauce and again keep adding until it tastes good. If you want more heat, add chopped up jalapenos. Put mixture of choice in the egg whites. Eat"
