Diabetic Fudge

INGREDIENTS
  • Ingredients:
  • 1 14 1/2 oz. evaporated milk
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/4 cup oleo
  • Liquid Sweetner to equal 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup nuts
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preparation:
  2. Combine milk and cocoa in saucepan.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Add oleo, sweetner, salt.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in remaining ingredients except
  8. 1/4
  9. cup graham crackers.
  10. Cool about 15 minutes.
  11. Divide mixture into 32 balls.
  12. Roll in remaining cracker crumbs and chill.
