Doritos Chicken
  • 6 Chicken Breasts, Halved In Both Directions
  • 1/3 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, Crushed
  1. Oven Temperature: 375°F
  2. *Rinse chicken pieces in water
  3. *Dip chicken in crushed chips and coat heavily - pressing down as you coat and do it a couple times
  4. *Bake in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes,, or until tops of chicken start to brown (optional: at the last minute you can spray butter on tops to finish browning)
  5. Recipe Tips
  6. *Adds crispiness to turn over and brown both sides - caution in doing this as if not careful, the Dorito crust will come off when you turn them over
  7. *These are also great as chicken strips or even drumsticks
  8. *If using frozen chicken, only defrost partially as it is easier to cut than fully defrosted
  9. *Surprisingly good dipped in honey mustard dressing or sweet chile sauce
