Double Apricot Martini

- 1 1/2 cups halved, pitted, unpeeled apricots
- 1/2 cup tequilla
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup apricot nectar
- 24 ice cubes
- lime juice
- coarse salt
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, combine apricot halves, tequilla, sugar, 1/4 cup lime juice, and apricot nectar. Cover and blend till smooth. With blender running, add the ice cubes a few at a time, through the hole in the lid, clending till slushy. Rub the rims with lime juice. Invert glasses into a shallow dish or coarse salt. Shake off any excess salt. Pour in the margarita mixture.
