Double Apricot Martini

  • 1 1/2 cups halved, pitted, unpeeled apricots
  • 1/2 cup tequilla
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup apricot nectar
  • 24 ice cubes
  • lime juice
  • coarse salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a blender, combine apricot halves, tequilla, sugar, 1/4 cup lime juice, and apricot nectar. Cover and blend till smooth. With blender running, add the ice cubes a few at a time, through the hole in the lid, clending till slushy. Rub the rims with lime juice. Invert glasses into a shallow dish or coarse salt. Shake off any excess salt. Pour in the margarita mixture.
