- 1 Can pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc. - your choice)
- 1 Can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 Box yellow cake mix
- 1 C Coconut
- 1 C crushed pecans
- 2 sticks melted margarine
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350
- Layer in cake pan in this order: pie filling, pineapple, cake mix, coconut, pecans
- Drizzle melted butter ove mixture
- Bake for 1 hour
- Top with cool whip if desired
