INGREDIENTS
  • 3 tbsp. butter.
  • 2 1/2 c. RAW macaroni, usually elbow macaroni.
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper.
  • 1 tsp. salt.
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta (sliced & quartered).
  • 1 qt. milk.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt butter in casserole dish; add raw macaroni and stir until well
  2. coated. Add the rest of the ingredients.....Do Not Stir.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. ( I also add a little cayenne pepper to add a little zing to the dish
  5. for adults.)))
  6. What I do is add some breadcrumbs to the top and let them crisp up
  7. over the last 10-15 minutes, for some additional flavor
