EASY AUTUMN SOUP
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 6 cups water
- 1 (16 oz.) can of tomatoes with juice
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup macaroni, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Brown the ground beef in a large dutch oven.
- Add soup mix and water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer for 1/2 hour.
- Makes 8 bowls of soup.
