Earth Angel Carrot Cake
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 55- 60 minutes
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 cups carrot, finely shredded
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • Powdered Sugar Icing:
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • Milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven 350 F
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon
  3. Add carrot, oil, and eggs
  4. Beat with an electric mixer until combined
  5. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan
  6. Bake at 350 F until a toothpick comes out clean (55-60 minutes)
  7. Powdered Sugar Icing: Mix sifted powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1 tsp milk at a time until drizzling consistency.
  8. Drizzle icing on cooled cake.
