Earth Angel Carrot Cake

- Cooking Time: 55- 60 minutes
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cups carrot, finely shredded
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- Powdered Sugar Icing:
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- Milk
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven 350 F
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon
- Add carrot, oil, and eggs
- Beat with an electric mixer until combined
- Pour into greased and floured bundt pan
- Bake at 350 F until a toothpick comes out clean (55-60 minutes)
- Powdered Sugar Icing: Mix sifted powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1 tsp milk at a time until drizzling consistency.
- Drizzle icing on cooled cake.
