Easy Beef Casserole

- 1 - 10 ox pkg frozen peas and carrots
- 1 can crean of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can of water
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking rice
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained, & crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Combine first 5 ingredents in saucepan, simmer for 3 minutes.
- Pour half of sauce in a 2 quart casserole.
- Top with rice, beef and cheese.
- Pour on remaining sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
