Easy Beef Casserole

  • 1 - 10 ox pkg frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 can crean of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can of water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking rice
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained, & crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine first 5 ingredents in saucepan, simmer for 3 minutes.
  2. Pour half of sauce in a 2 quart casserole.
  3. Top with rice, beef and cheese.
  4. Pour on remaining sauce.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
