Easy Beef Stroganoff
  • 2 pounds stewing beef or cut of choice
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • cooked noodles
  • Several dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • sour cream
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Place the beef, cut into bites size pieces, into a 2 qt. casserole dish add two cans of cream of mushroom soup add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce cover and cook at 350 for 11/2 to 2 hours. While this is cooking cook the noodles. Serve the beef mixture over the cooked noodles. Add salt and pepper and sour cream to taste.
