Easy Caesar Primavera
  • 12 oz pasta (I used tri color rotini)
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 3/4 cup chopped carrots
  • 3/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. With two minutes remaining in pasta cook time, add veggies. Drain and return pasta and veggies to pot. Toss with salad dressing and parmesan cheese. Serve hot or cold.
I was looking for something to make tonight for myself, but with plenty of leftovers. I only wanted to use what I had in the house, so I found a recipe on allrecipes.com and changed it to suit what I had!
