Easy Cheesy Potato Casserole
INGREDIENTS
  • 32 oz bag frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cups corn flakes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare 13x9 glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and butter.
  3. Spread mixture in baking dish.
  4. Crush corn flakes and spread evenly over the top and drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
