Easy Cheesy Tortellini
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 4-6
- One 20oz bag of frozen or refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 pound ground beef
- One 24oz jar of pasta sauce
- 8oz cream cheese
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated or shredded parmesan
- Italian seasoning to taste
- Onion Powder to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a large pot boil water and cook pasta according to package
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and greese a 9x13 baking dish
- In a large skillet brown 1 pound hamburger.
- While hamburger is cooking season to taste.
- Once hamburger is cooked, drain any excess grease and then stir in jar of tomato sauce and cream cheese. Simmer and stir for a few minutes until all well mixed together.
- Gently toss in the cooked and drained tortellini to the sauce mixture.
- Then pour into baking dish.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
- Until heated through and cheese is melted.
