Easy Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 7-8 pieces of cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayo
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cop chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup cooked peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
  2. Mix mayo, sour cream and broth thoroughly in a large bowl.
  3. Stir chicken into mayo mixture.
  4. Add peas, artichoke hearts and celery.
  5. Chill for 1-2 hours.
  6. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
