Easy Chicken and Rice
  • 1 c. instant rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/3-1/2 c. milk
  • 5-6 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • season salt, celery salt
  1. Preheat over to 375.
  2. Mix together rice, soups and milk.
  3. Pour into greased baking dish.
  4. Top with chicken tenders (Push them down into the rice a little bit), then season with season salt and celery salt.
  5. Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes, then uncover and cook for 15 more minutes.
I make this when I'm looking for a nice, easy comfort food.
