Easy Coconut Pie

  • 2 cups of Milk
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 4 tbs. Butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup shredded Coconut
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Coat a 9" pie dish with non-stick vegetable spray. Pour mixture into dish and bake for 50-55 mins. Serve warm. Store leftover in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
