Easy Corn Pudding
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cans drained whole yellow corn
  • 2 cans yellow cream corn
  • dash of pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix flour, eggs and sugar. Stir in the milk, corn, salt and pepper. Pour into a 9 x 13 casserole dish that has been buttered or sprayed. Sprinkle butter slices on top. Bake until firm at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
