Easy Corn Pudding
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cans drained whole yellow corn
- 2 cans yellow cream corn
- dash of pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Mix flour, eggs and sugar. Stir in the milk, corn, salt and pepper. Pour into a 9 x 13 casserole dish that has been buttered or sprayed. Sprinkle butter slices on top. Bake until firm at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
