Easy Crab Cakes

- * 1 egg, slightly beaten
- * 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- * 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- * 2 green onions, chopped (tops and bottoms)
- * 1 tsp. minced parsley
- * 1/4 tsp. salt
- * 1/4 tsp. pepper
- * 2 cans (6 oz. each) crab meat, drained, cartilage removed
- * 2 Tbl. oil
DIRECTIONS
- * 1 egg, slightly beaten
- * 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- * 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- * 2 green onions, chopped (tops and bottoms)
- * 1 tsp. minced parsley
- * 1/4 tsp. salt
- * 1/4 tsp. pepper
- * 2 cans (6 oz. each) crab meat, drained, cartilage removed
- * 2 Tbl. oil
- 1. Combine egg, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, onions, parsley, salt and pepper, blending well.
- 2. Add crab meat
- 3. Shape into 6 patties
- 4. Heat oil on med. high in a frying pan
- 5. Reduce heat to med.
- 6. Fry each side until browned, 5-6 minutes each side
