Easy Crockpot Pulled Pork
  • Servings: 4-8
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • 1 peppered pork loin or plain pork loin any size
  • water
  • b.b.q. sauce( I use Sweet Baby Ray's) use your favorite
  1. Place pork loin in crockpot.
  2. Set on low it you will be out all day(put in early in morning), or high it will take about 4-5 hours.
  3. Add about 1/2 cup water.
  4. When done,take 2 forks and pull apart until shredded.
  5. Place back in crockpot and add B.B.Q. sauce.
  6. Do not put lid on for the last cooking time.
  7. Let cook for another 1/2 hour to an hour.
  8. Serve on buns.
I came up with it on the spur of the moment on a dreary January day when I was yearning for summer.
