Easy French Dip Sandwiches
  • 3 lbs fresh beef brisket
  • 1.3 oz dry onion soup mix
  • 10.5 oz beef broth
  • Mini baugettes/sandwich buns
  1. Place beef in crockpot. Mix dry soup mix and beef broth; pour over beef.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat 8-10 hours or until beef is tender. Ski fat from liquid.
  3. Remove beef; cut across grain into thin slices.
  4. Fill baguettes with beef and serve with broth for dipping
