Easy Funnel Cakes

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pre Heat oil to 360° F.
  2. Combine eggs and milk.
  3. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into dry ingredients.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Add additional flour or milk until the batter flows easily, but not too quickly through a funnel.
  6. Spiral ~1/2 cup of batter through funnel into oil.
  7. Fry ~ 3 minutes until golden.
  8. Turn. Fry 1 minute more.
  9. Drain on paper towels.
  10. Top with powdered sugar, syrup or jam
