Easy Granola

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup choice of nuts; I do 1/2 cup walnuts and 1/2 cup slivered almonds.
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 300
  2. Mix all ingredients together and spread on a half sheet pan.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, mixing every 10 minutes. Cool.
