Easy Lemon Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons
  • stick of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Slice one lemon and put slices in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Lay chicken breasts on top of lemons and season well using lots of the black pepper. I sometimes use lemon pepper. Squeeze the juice from the second lemon on top of the chicken and lay slices of butter on top of each breast. Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes until breasts are done.
