Easy Matzoh Ball Soup
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Seltzer
  • 6 Tbs Canola Oil
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Cup Matzoh Meal
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Mix ingredients together and put into fridge for an hour. Boil water and roll matzoh mixture into balls, place into
  2. water once boiling. Cook on low for 20 minutes. They should float when done. For a heavier matzoh ball
  3. add one more cup matzoh meal. For soup broth I put into Lipton's Chicken Noodle Soup.
This is my grandma's recipe, I love sinkers and the prepacked mix is always floaters!
