Easy Mexican Bake
  • 16 oz. can refried beans
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups tortilla chips, broken
  • 10 oz. can diced tomatoes with chiles, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • sour cream, lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions
  1. Combine beans and sour cream in a pan over medium heat; heat through. arrange chips evenly in ungreased 13 x 9" baking pan. Spread bean mixture lightly over chips; top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly. Garnish as desired. Serves 3 to 4
