Easy Rice Krispie

  • 75g butter
  • 120g mini marshmellows
  • 180g rice krispies
DIRECTIONS
  1. melt the butter and marshmellows over medium heat in a heavy based saucepan, stirring constantly.
  2. when melted, turn the heat off and carefull add the rice krispies, stirring to cover the rice with the marshmellow mix.
  3. spread into a tin evenly and leave to set in the fridge.
