Easy South Indian Masala Dosa Recipe

DIRECTIONS
  1. Step1 Boil the potatoes and mash them perfectly
  2. Step2 Take a pan and heat oil init
  3. Step3 Add mustard seeds, chana dal and curry leaves. Let them splutter and add green chilies to it
  4. Step4 Add sliced onions and let it saute for about 2 minutes
  5. Step5 Add mashed potatoes and green peas to the mixture and cook for 5 minutes. Add water if required
  6. Step6 Add the chopped cilantro on the top
  7. Step7 Place the dosa griddle on high flame and pour spoonful of dosa batter on it
  8. Step8 Spread it using the back of the spoon by making concentric circular motion
  9. Step9 Add few drops of oil to it
  10. Step10 Once the sides of the dosa are cooked or turned to golden brown, flip the dosa and cook the other side too
  11. Step11 Flip the dosa after 30 seconds and place the above potato mixture in the center of the dosa
  12. Step12 Cover the masala with dosa as shown in the picture
  13. Step13 The Tasty Masala Dosa is ready to serve
