Easy Sweet Rolls

  • 1/2 lb. refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup prepared lemon pudding
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. strawberry jam
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Without unrolling, remove rolls from package and cut into 8 slices.
  2. Press or roll on lightly floured surface to 3-
  3. 1/2 inch circles.
  4. Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet. Spoon about 1 tablespoon pudding in center of each roll. Bake 8-10 minutes.
  5. Cool slightly and spoon a little strawberry jam in center, if desired. Serve warm.
