Easy Veggie Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 20
  • Preparation Time: 10
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 head of califlower
  • 1 cup of mayo
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut veggies into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Wash veggies.
  3. Place in large bowl with lid.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, mix mayo, vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, pepper and pimentos.
  5. Pour over veggies and refrigerate overnight, then serve.
