Easy poached eggs

- sandwich sized heavy duty ziplock bag
- 2 eggs
DIRECTIONS
- Place eggs in ziplock bag
- Being careful not to touch the side of the pan with the plastic bag, lower bag into boiling water.
- Turn heat down to medium and poach for 3 to 4 minutes for hard whites, runny yolks-you'll have to work with it a couple of times until you get it right for you.
- Remove bag from water pour poached eggs out onto toast, oatmeal, a nice bernaisse sauce, a small bowl with salt and pepper-anywhere you use poached eggs. Works great.
