Easy poached eggs
  • sandwich sized heavy duty ziplock bag
  • 2 eggs
  1. Place eggs in ziplock bag
  2. Being careful not to touch the side of the pan with the plastic bag, lower bag into boiling water.
  3. Turn heat down to medium and poach for 3 to 4 minutes for hard whites, runny yolks-you'll have to work with it a couple of times until you get it right for you.
  4. Remove bag from water pour poached eggs out onto toast, oatmeal, a nice bernaisse sauce, a small bowl with salt and pepper-anywhere you use poached eggs. Works great.
