Easy shredded beef
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 10-12
  • 4-5 lb beef (cheapest cut)
  • 1 packet Zesty Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar banana peppers
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients (including juice from peppers) in slow cooker. Cook overnight on low, unplug in the morning. Let cool, put in frig to let the fat harden.
  2. Remove fat (the cheaper the cut of meat, the more fat you will have) shred, and re-heat. Serve on buns. Enjoy!
